INSURANCE
Accessing support is an investment towards living a better and more fulfilling life.
Most services are covered by most extended health benefit insurance plans. Please contact your health benefits provider to inquire if your service is covered. At the end of your session a receipt will be provided for you to submit to your insurance provider. Kelsey Feinstein Counselling does not do direct billing.
When contacting your provider ask:
1. Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
2. How much is covered?
3. What designation does my plan cover (Registered Social Worker)?
RATES:
Individual Sessions or Individual Consultation: $180 / 50 minute session.
Group Consultation: Please contact to find out more information.
IFS Practice Group: Please contact to find out more information.
PAYMENT:
I accept e-transfers. I do not accept Credit or Debit. Payment can be made at the end of each session. For some services a package will be purchased prior to the service.
CANCELLATIONS
If you are unable to attend a session place make sure you cancel at least 48 hours before hand. Otherwise, a fee may be applied. For group services you will still be responsible for your fee and will receive a recording.
EQUITY PRICING
I offer equity pricing to clients that are experiencing financial hardship and are unable to pay the full fee of session. These slots are currently full, but please feel free to request being added to a waitlist for equity pricing.
