Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, we get curious about those parts instead of fighting them. We ask what they're carrying. We help them unburden. And when that happens — real, lasting change becomes possible.

What Sessions Look Like

Sessions are virtual, 50 minutes, and held across Ontario via Jane App — a secure, PHIPA-compliant platform.

We work at your pace. There is no pressure to perform or produce. This is your space to slow down, turn inward, and actually be heard.

A free 15-minute consultation is available to see if we're a good fit. Insurance accepted. $180 per session.
